We meet seventeen year old Kaylyn, a warrior who eliminates evil for the greater good. She's trained all her life and has killed almost all the malryx ( evil people ) except one "Morphrac" but little did she know because by killing him she unleashed a greater evil. Unbalance in the world.
But it's not only evil which Kaylyn has to fight, she is in love with her best friend Marsas secret love “Someday, I’m going to marry him.” But what's a book whiteout a little love and drama ;)
I must say that this book didn't catch me like Janeals "MINE" series did. The story seamed weak, and I didn't get that connection to the main character "Kaylyn" or for that sakes any of the other characters in the story.
The main plot was weird and as I stated before it seemed very weak, there wasn't too much about it, and I had this feeling that " surely something is gonna happen soon" but not really anything did happen. I felt like it was written for quite young readers.
What I did like about it was the little things and sayings in it.
Like " evil and good cannot exist whiteout the other"
There must be balance.
And as Kaylyn experienced for her self is that some times you cannot be all goody good to get what you desire whiteout hurting other peoples feelings.
